Dense Rhythm Community

I would love to create or join a holistic community of magical beings who are interested in dance, listening to, creating music, and integrating massage -- art will also be implented into the community for ambiance, atmoshpere, and expression. These will hopefully be spiritually inclined beings who are interested in gathering intent for our own organic evolution as human beings. Optimally I would like to create a self-sustaining community who grows their own food and does not have to rely on the Western model and industrial structure to live. Organic evolution and transformation are key points to this community.

Anyone interested in this, please let me know and we will see if we resonate on this creation. I have a few souls interested in this already and my intention for this post is to see if anyone else resonates with this idea or already has something in the works.

Treat yourself to a prefab franchise sandwich and challenge your internal organs to a duel
Coffee (a highly processed food) and a donut anyone? Lower your vibrations with a caffeine kick to the arteries
Holiday turkey fed estrogen (to retain water) and soaked in *phosphates and msg, roasted in an aluminum pan...alters the pH of your body
The point is the more processed foods you eat....the more acidic your body becomes (bacteria and virusus will thrive)....the more you degrade your earthly ability to experience your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual capacities

I am searching for more people dedicated to my path, and others who I can learn from and share my ideas with, so that we may collectively reach a larger audience, connecting them, getting everyone involved inspired and eventually transforming the energy and full existence of the entire world. I see everyone as a piece of the puzzle, my will, to connect to others and indulge in this beautiful world we have. I'm interested in sharing knowledge, building new ways of thinking, sharing this with others, putting on events, and getting Divinity, awareness, progression, conscious evolution, harmony, and unconditional love to everything and everyone.

Collectism...

This new belief paradigm and/or religion I'm in the process of creating has to do with connecting everything. Well, we're already all connected but I mean connecting everything in a seen, felt, palpapable way, so that we all know we are all connected. This will allow people to feel how real it really is, learn about it, and grow... We will be in union, and then we will naturally progress individually and collectively. Connecting our heart chakras will bring us together in loving harmonic ecstacy. And, once we connact at a deeper level, we can attune our collective consciousness to the infinite power and abundance of the Universe.

Everything is energy, vibration, wavelength, frequency. We are all composed of flowing energy strands. We are sponges and transmitters in the energy sea around us. Why not be aware of the power and influence that we have in ourselves, our perception, and our environment? We have the ability to manipulate energy, and the power to be aware of it.... our abilities will grow as our awareness builds and we share this awareness with others, our individual and collective vibrations will accelerate and enhance.

Each human being is an Element of the Cosmos, self-determined and supreme, co-equal with all other Gods. Each one of us is a magical star, with various interconnecting orbits. We are all Divine, everything is Divine, everyone and everything. I believe if we do worship 'God' it should be a symbol of worshipping everything that is Divine, God, the Universe, ourself, the world, our prayer, everything....

We are the Unvierse. That is our urge to create, to enhance and build the complexity of the energy of the Universe, since the beginning of 'time' and 'space'.

I'm in the process of fusing together belief paradigms and religions, creating my own, and mixing it all together in a harmonic resonance dedicated to changing life as we know it. Spiritual and physical integration. Embracing our emotions and intuitions, experiencing sensation and letting it flow through ourselves and our world. Being the profound individual that each and every one of us is, allowing our cultures to flourish, and our world to be amazing.

Let us open up our hearts, letting love envelop our souls and the world that we live in... Infinite love... Let us come out of our shells and into the world we live in, dedicated our lives to our passions and wills, with intention and devotion.

I think that we should create a bridge between ourselves and the infinity of the Universe. Abundance. Infinity. Everything and nothing... I think that we should all build up our own awareness and control of our own bio-energetic fields.. Integrating our auric fields, our powers, our minds, our spirits, essences, and bodies.. So that we can activate ourselves at levels only briefly touched in present human experience..

I am reading on and living the religioon of Santeria "Way of Saints" and I read one of their "patakis," or stories with lessons that I feel like sharing.

First a little info so you know what I;m talking about Orishas are the deities of Santeria, Olodumare is the creator God, and the Orisha in focus of the story is Ochun, the Goddess of sweet water, gold, copper, love and fertility. All the Orishas either were once human or chose to take human form for a while.

It is said that when the male Orishas came to Earth, they held a secret meeting. When Ochun heard where they were meeting she attempted to attend but was turned away. She became so angry that she made all women barren and turned the affairs of the world into chaos. Frightened the Orishas turned to Olodumare for help. The world was in disordert, and no one but Olodumare knew why.

Olodumare called the male Orishas before him and asked if they invited Ochun to their meeting. When they answered no, Olodumare became enraged and told them to have another meeting and to invite Ochun. He explained that without women and children, the world would not function. Without Ochun, the world would always be in a state of confusion.

When the Orishas returned to Earth, they folloew Olodumares orders. However, Ochun was very angry and refused to attend the meeting. The Orishas went to her home with gifts of gold and copper hoping to change her mind. But it was not until the Orishas brought her an offering of honey that Ochun finnaly decided to forgive them. At last, she made women fertile again and brought order back to the world. Ochun teaches os that the world will be in disorder as long as women and children are neglected, disrespected, and abused.

Ochun is the Goddess of love and is know byt many names such as Aphrodite and others. As well as all deities are given different names in different places. What does not change is the meaning behind this pataki. Women and children are the spring from which life flows into the future. I thank all women for being alive and blessing the world and i learn from children as they are wisest of sages.

What is sensuality, how can we promote it?

I don't pretend that I speak for everyone on the topic of sensuality, but I will give you my take on it and how I hope to spread it througout our society. I feel sensuality is the connection of sexual, seductive, loving, nuturing, and playful energy between people. A lot of people look at sensuality as just sex. To be honest, most sex probably lacks sensuality, because if you can;t be sensual with people on a much simpler level, how can you be sensual with someone on a higher level such as sex. One of my goals is to bring people closer together through sensuality and promote natural human behavior accociated with our sexual, seductive, loving, nuturing and playful sides. Sensuality can exist on many levels. Most people think it starts and stops with their lover or partner. This is one reason why people have distanced themselves so much from the rest of the world. We can be senusal with strangers, family, friends, lovers, co-workers, and anyother person you can think of in your life. Most importantly with yourself. One thing I have discovered on my path towards a more sensual lifestyle is a non-ownership rule, which most people like to adopt. A non-ownership rule, is to be consciously aware that you are being respectful of other peoples freedom of being themselves. That you are not taking responsibility of their action or trying to control them. That you allow them to be 100% themselves and understand that they are an individual human being with their own needs, and desires just like yourself. The reason this rule is so effective in creating a sensual lifestyle is that it allows us to go beyond ourselves and turn our focus onto others. When we take an "ownership" role in anytype of relationship we are taking focus off the other person and putting it on ourselves creating a barrier and becoming unable to achieve a truly sensual expereince with the other person. A few easy ways to become more sensual with everyday experiences are making more eye contact with people; taking the time to listen not speak; not being afraid to hold, hug, or kiss people, and sharing your own feelings, thoughts and ideas with others. The big message that needs to be sent out is better communication. Not just oraly, but physically and emotionally. As humans we all desire to be heard, touched, loved, appreciated and want to do the same for others. Unfortunatly many of us are either unwilling or not given the chance to do so. I hope this gives you a better idea of what I am trying to accomplish and how I choose to life my life. Thanks. :)

Focusing our intent on the building energy of the world

Everyone must develop their own abilities. Everyone must find their own path, a path of heart. There is an interconnectedness to all paths and things. Everything happens for a reason, there is a lesson in every experience.

Due to the current build in the energy of the world, we must focus our intent on developing our awareness and preparing for the upcoming shift of consciousness.

The energy of the current time feels undecided. Some have felt the call of the Earth, Gaia, for healing. Some are the other side of the scale, having heard the call of the dark, and they will fight us in freeing our consciousness and ascension of humans and our planet.

We must be a warrior in our goal of evolution as a species and planetary ascension. We all must find our true calling, and expand. Accept others and accept yourself. Find your passion and live it, love it.

Grow in harmony and ultimate synchronization. Be with others, be present to yourself, and be present to the world. Bathe yourself in beautiful, loving light. Treat every breath as precious. Bring love and light to the world. Focus your intent and live life to the fullest.

Visualization to Open Chakras And Enhance Auric Color

To do this exercise, sit in a comfortable chair or in the lotus prosition on a pillion on the floor. Keep your back straight. First, after calming the mind with a meditation exercise, bring your awareness to your first chakra. Visualize it as a vortex of red light spinning clockwise. (Closkwise as defined by looking at the chakra from the outside of your body.) It is positioned directly under you with the larger end of the spinning cone open to the earth and the tip of the cone pointing into the bottom of your spine. As you watch it spinning, breathe in red. Breathe out red. Visualize the breath as red on the in breath. On the out breath, do not visulize, just watch what color it is. Repeat until you can clearly see both red on the inbreath and on the out breath. If the color red is either lighter or muddy on the outbreath, that means you need to balance your red energies. If it is lighter, you need more red in your field. If it is muddy, you need to clean your lower chakra. Do this by repeating the exercise until the ingoing and outgoing colors are the same. This is true for all the chakras.

Maintaining your picture of the first chakra, move to the second located about two inches aboce your pubic bone. Visualize two vorticies. One on the front of your body and one on the back of your body. See them spinning clockwise with a bright red-orange color. Breathe in red-orange. Breathe it out. Repeat. Check to make sure the ingoing and outgoing colors are the same before moving on.

Maintaining the visualization of the first two chakras, move up to the third at the solar plexus. Here visualize two yellow spinning vortices. Breathe in yellow. Breathe it out. Repeat until the yellow is bright on the inbreah and outbreath.

Move to the heart. See the clockwise spinning vortices in green. Breathe green in and out until the colors are balanced. Look down to make sure you can see all the other chakras (that you have already charged) spinning before moving to the throat chakra.

At the throat, breathe in and out blue through the clockwise spinning vortices.

At the third eye chakra, see the clockwise spinning vortices on the front and back of the head as violet. Repeat the breathing exercises.

Then move to the crown. It is opalescent white and sits on top of yopur head. It spins clockwise. Breathe in white. Breathe it out. Repeat.

See all seven chakras spinning clockwise. See the vertical power current flowing up an down your spine. It pulsates with you in breath. As you breathe in, it pulsates up. As you breathe out, it pulsates down. See al the chakras connected to it at their tips, with the crown chakra forming the top entrance and exit, and the root chakra forming the base entrance and exit for energy to flow through your field. See the pulsating energy flowing in through all your chakras with your inbreath. Your whole field is now filled with a lot of light energy. This is a good excercise to do before healing to open and charge all your chakras..

The Function of the Seven Chakras

Each of these vortices exchanges energy with the Universal Energy Field. Thus, when we speak of feeling "open," that is literally true. All the major chakras, minor chakras, lesser chakras and acupuncture points are opening for energy to flow into and out of the aura. We are like sponges in the energy sea around us. Since this energy is always associated with a form of consciosuness, we experience the energy we exchange in terms of seeing, hearing, feelings, sensing, intuiting or direct knowing.

Therefore, we can see that staying "open" means two things. First, it means metabolizing a lot of energy from the unversal field thourhg all the chakras, large and small. Second, it means letting in, and in some way dealing with, all the consciousness that is associated with the energy that is flwoing through us. That is not an easy task, and most of us have trouble doing it. There simply would be too much input.l Psychological material related to each chakra is brought to consciousness by increasing one's energy flow through that chakra. Too much psychological material would be released by a sudden flow of energy, and we could not process it all. We therefore work in whatever growth process we are in to open each chakra slowly, so that we have time to proess the personal material that is released and integrate the new information into our life.

it is important to open the chakras and increase our energy flow, because the more energy we let flow, the healthier we are. Illness in the system is caused by an imbalance of energy or a blocking of the flow of energy. In other words, a lack of flow in the human energy system eventually leads to disease. It also distorts our perceptions and dampens our feelings and thus interferes with a smooth experience of full life. WE are not psychologically prepared, however, to stay open without working and developing our maturity and clarity.

Each of the fives senses is assocaiated with a chakra. Touching is associated with the first chakra; hearing, smelling and tasting with the fifth (or throat) chakra; and seeing with the sixth (or thrid eye) chakra.

The chakras of the auric body have three major functions:

1. To vitalize each auric body, and, thus, the physical body..

2. To bring about the development of different aspects of self-consciousness. Each chakra is related to a specific psychological function.

3. To transmit energy between the auric levels. Each auric layer has its own set of seven major chakras, each located in the same place on the physical body. Since each progressive layer exists in ever increasing octaves of frequency, this is possible. For example, for the fourth chakra, there are really seven chakras, each of a higher frequency band than the lower one. These chakras appear to be nested within each other like nesting glasses. Each chakra on each higher layer extends out farther in the auric field (to the edge of each auric layer) and is slightly broader than the one below it.

Energy is transmitted from one layer to the next through passageways in the tips of the chakras. In most people these passageways are sealed. They open as a result of spiritual purification work and thus the chakras become transmitters of energy from one layer to another. Each chakra in the etheric is driectly connected to the same chakra is the next finer body that surrounds and interpenetrates it. The chakras in the emotional body are connected to those in the next finer body, the mental, etc, and so on for all seven layers.

The Human Energy Field

The Human Enery Field is the maniestation of universal energy that is intimately invovled with human life. It can be described as a luminous body that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body, emits its own characteristic radiation and is usually called the "aura." The aura is that part of the UEF associated with objects. The human aura, or Human Energy Field (HEF), is that part of the UEF associated with the human body. Based on their observations, researchers have created theoretical models that divide the aura into several layers. These layers are sometimes called bodies, and they interpenetrate and surround each other in successive layers. Each succeeding body is composed of finer substances and higher "vibrations" than the body that it surrounds and interpenetrates.

Exercise to See the Human Aura

The easiest way to start to sense the HEF is through the foolowing exercises. If you are in a group of people, make a circle and hold hands. Allow the energy of your auric field to flow around the circle. Sense this pulsating flow for a while. Which way is it going? See which way your neighbor feels it going. Focus on sending it clockwise.... after a while send it counter-clockwise. Feel it.

Now, stop the flow of energy. Keep it stopped for a while (everyone at once) and then let it flow gain. Can you feel the difference? Which do you like better? Now do the same with a partner. Sit opposite each other touching palms together. Let the energy flow naturally. Which way does it go? Send energy out your left palm, then allow it to come into your right. Reverse. Now stop the flow. Next try pushing it out both hands at once. Now suck it in both hands at once. Push, pull, and stop are three basic ways to manipulating energy in healing. Practice them.

Now, drop hands; hold you palms about two to five inches apart; slowly move your hands back and forth decreasing and increasing the space between them. Build something up between you hands. Can you feel it? What does it feel like? Now, take you hands further apart, about eight to ten inches. Then slowly bring them back together until you feel a pressure pushing your hands out so that you have to use just a slight amount more force to bring your hands together. You have now touched the edges of one of your energy bodies together. If your hands are one to one-and-a-quarter inches apart, you have touched your cteric body edges together (first layer of the aura). If you hands are three to four inches apart, you have touched the outside edges of your emotional body together (second layer of the aura). Now, very carefully move your hands closer until you can actually feel the outside edge of your emotional body or nergy field of your right hand touch your skin of your left hand. Move your right palm about once inch clsoer to your left palm. Feel the tingling on the back of your left hand as the edge of your energy field touches it. The energy field of your right hand went right through your left hand!

Now, take your hands apart again and hold them at a distance of about seven inches. Point your right index finger at the palm of your left hand, making sure the fingertip is about one half to one inch away from the palm. Now, draw cricles on your palms. What do you feel? Does it tickle? What is it?

With the light dim in the room, hold your hand so that tips of the fingers point toward each other. Hold your hands in front of your face at a distance of about two feet. Make sure there is a plain white wall for a background. Relax your eyes and softly gaze at the space between your fingertips, which should be about one and a half inches apart. Do not look into bright light. Let your eyes relax. What do you see? move your fingertips clsoer and then further apart. What is happening in the space between the fingers? What do you see around the hand? Slowly move one hand up and the other down so that different fingers are poitning to each other. What has happened now? About 95% of people who try this exercise do see something. Everyone feels something

The Seven Layers of the Auric Field

Each layer can be consdiered to be a level of higher vibrations, occupying the same space as the levels of vibration below it and extending beyond. In order to perceive each consecutive level, the observer must move up in consciousness to each new frequency level. Thus we have seven bodies all occupying the same space at teh same time, each one extending out beyond the last, something we are not used to in "normal" daily life.

The structured layers contain all the forms that the physical body has, including internal organs, blood vessels, etc., and additional forms that the physical body does not contain. There is a vertical flow of energy that pulsates up and down the field in the spinal cord. It extends out beyond the physical body above the head and below the coccyx. I call this the main vertical power current. There are swirling cone-shaped vortexes called chakras in the field. Their tips point into the main vertical power current, and their open ends extend to the edge of each layer of the field they're located in.

The Universal Energy Field

Exercise to "See" the Universal Life-Energy Fields

The easiest way to begin to observe the unviersal energy field is to simply relax on your back in the grass on a nice sunny day and gaze at the blue sky. After some time you will be able to see the tiny globules of orgone making squiggly patterns against the blue sky. They seem to be tiny white balls, sometimes with a black spot, that appear for a second or two, leave a slight trail mark, and then disappear again. When you continue this observation and expand your vision, you will begin to see taht the whole field pulsates in a synchronized rhythm. On sunny days these tiny balls of energy will be bright and move fast. On cloudy days they will be more translucent, move slowly and be fewer in numbers. Apparently sunlight charges the globuless.

Now shift your gaze to the edge of treetops against the blue sky. You may see a green haze around the trees. Curiously, you may also notice that there are no globules in this haze. But if you look closer, you will see the globules at the edge of the green haze changing their squiggly pattern and flowing into the aura of the tree, where they disappear. Apparently the tree's aura is absorbing the tiny globules.

If you look closely at a house plant, you will see a similar phenomenon. Put the plant under bright lights with a dark background behind it. You may see lines of blue-green flashing up the plant along the leaves in the direction of growth. They will suddenly flash; then the color slowly fades, only to flash again, perhaps on the opposite side of the plant. These lines will react in your hand, or a piece of crystal, if you bring them near the aura of the plant. As you draw the crystal away from the plant, you will see the aura of the plant and the aura of the crystal stretch to maintain contant. They pull like taffy.

Inanimate objects also have an aura. most personal objects become imbued with the energy of the owner and radiate this energy. Gems and crystals show interesting auras with many layered and complicated patterns that can be used in healing. For example, the amethyst has a golden aura, with golden rays streaking out from its naturally faceted points.

Characteristics of the Unviersal Energy Field

The UEF has been known and observed throughout the ages. It has been studied as far back in history as we are able to reach. Each culture had a different name for the energy field phenomenon and looked at it from its particular viewpoint. When describing hat it saw, each culture found similar basic properties in the UEF. As time progressed and the scientific method was developed, western culture began to investigate the UEF more rigorously.

As the state of art of our scientific equipment becomes more sophisticated, we are able to measure finer qualities of the UEF. From these investigations we can surmis that the UEF is probably composed of an energy previously undefined by western science, or possibly a matter of a finer substance than we generally considered matter to be. If we define matter as condensed energy, the UEF may exist between the presently considered realm of matter and that of energy. Some scientists refer to the phenomenon of the UEf as bioplasma.

Dr. John White and Dr. Stanley Krippner list many properties of the Universal Energy Field: the UEF permeates all space, animate and inanimate objects, and connects all objects to each otehr; it flows from one object oa another; and its density varies inversely with the distance from its source. it also follows the laws of harmonic inductance and sympathetic resonance- the phenomenon that occurs when you strike a tuning fork and one near it will begin to vibrate at the same frequency, giving off the same sound.

Visual observations reveal the field to be highly organized in a series of geometric points, isolated pulsating points of light, spirals, webs of lines, sparks and clouds. it pulsates and can be sensed by touch, taste, smell and with sound and luminosity perceivable to the higher senses.

Investigators of this field state that the UEF is basically synergistic, meaning the simultaneous action of separate agencies that together have greater total effect than the sum of their individual effects. This field is the opposite of entropy, a term used to describe the phenomenon of slow decay that we so commonly observe in physical reality, the breaking-down of form and order. The Human Energy Field (HEF) has an organizing efffect on matter and builds forms. It appears to exist in more than three dimensions. Any changes in the material world are preceded by a change in this field. The UEF is always associated with some form of consciousness, ranging from highly developed to very primitive. The highly developed consciousness is associated with the "higher vibrations" and energy levels.

The UEF exists in more than three dimensions. It is synergistic and builds form. That is against the second law of thermodynamics, which states that entropy is always increasing, which says that disorder in the universe is always increasing, and that you cannot get more energy out of something than you put in. That is not the case with UEF. It seems that it is always continuing to create more energy. Perhaps someday we will be able to build a machine that can tap into the energy of the UEF and have all the energy we need without threat of harming ourselves.

Death

Acoording to Pheobe Bendit, at death a luminous ray flashes out the top of the head as the person leaves the earth plane through the crown chakra. This experience of going out the crown has often been describes as going through the tunnel between life and death. It is seen as a long dark tunnel with a bright light at the end. This "tunnel experience" can also be said to be the soul going up through the main power current of the body along the spine and leaving at the bright light of the crown chakra.

At death, the soul is met by old deceased friends and her spirit guides. At this time, the soul sees their whole life pass by very quickly and clearly so that there can be no mistakes as to just what happened, what choices were made, lessons learned and what lessons still remain for the next incarnation. There follows a time of celebration of a task completed, and some time spent in the spirit world before the next incarnation is taken on.

Be where one already is

It is not a matter of trying to reach; it is a matter of allowing oneself to be where one already is. There is tremendous room here. It is a state of being beyond time and space. No need to rush. This is what the soul is asking for.

Know that healing is opening the doors of perception so that one can eneter into the Holy of Holies and be one with the Creator. It is nothing more, nothing less than that. It is a process, step-by-step, in that firection. Enlightenment is the goal; healing is the by-product. So, whenever a soul comes to you for healing, know deep inside that this is what the soul is asking for.

Remember that that whenever someone comes to you for help or healing, their words come through their doorway of perception. it may be a narrow one, or a broad one. A sore back, a life-threatening illness, or a seeking of the Truth, that which is asked comes through the doorway of perception, but that which needs to be given is simply this: It is the answer to the longing of the soul. The soul is saying, 'Help me find my way back home. Help me find my way into the Holy of Holies, into the peace of the ages, into the Wind Whispering Truth Through the Centuries.'

So here I exist, have always existed and will always exist; beyond space and time, beyond confusion; manifest, yet unmanifest; known, but not known. And so sit you here also every one of you. You simply long to know this, from where you stand within limited perception.

Breaking Apart Crystallization

Feel your awareness expand into every layer of the energy form, as if you are filling a baloon with water or a box with sand, until you can feel your consciousness take up every inch of area within the structure of the thought-form. Once you feel completely expanded into the thought-form, begin to recreate it.

Call light to yourself. Imagine that you can see light streaming in from a beam above you, as if there was a sun positioned above your consciousness.

Breathe light from that sun, into your consciousness and feel it make the pulsating rhythm of the thought-form and your consciousness move faster. See the dark area that is presently "you" become more and more light filled. Begin to hear the sound pitch of the energy in the thought-form and hear its frequency raise, as more and more light enters the thought-form. Allow the sound and sensation of expanding light to fill your entire consciousness, and continue to draw light in, until you sense a distinct stop to the sensation of light expanding. The thought-form has now reached its maximum holding capacity for UHF (Universal Harmonic Frequency) energy.

Now, imagine that the sun above you is moving down, into your consciousness and the thought-form. When the sun enters the thought-form, the thought-form explodes and the crystalline energy substance, of which its morphogenetic field was made, literally blows apart. The thought-form no longer exists as a reality within your body or consciousness, its particles of energy substance have been released. The energetic reality of this process is that of using innner light (visualizations) to guide UHF sound patterns into a thought-form morphogenetic field. The UHF sound patterns literally shatter the energy structure of the thuoght-form, breaking apart the crystallization of slower-pulsating energy particles, just as certain tones of sound can cause a glass to shatter in the physical world. Through engaging in this process, you are literally merging the slower-pulsating crystallized particles with their anti-particles, through the thought-form of the sun that you created during the visualization. That "sun" image translates through your body consciousness as D-5 through D-8 frequency, the frequency bands of transmutation through which particle and anti-particles merge. When you merge multidimensional particles and anti-particles you create photons. Through this exercise you havea created a burst of photonic energy within the frequency bands in which the thought-form crystallization had been.

To conclude this exercise, focus upon the image of the sun causing the thought-form to explode. Imagine that you can feel this explosion within your body as a sudden burst of energy that runs through your cells from the area in the body where the dark area had been. Visualize this occuring, and see that the dark area is now filled with radiating light. You may not have to imagine the sensation of energy rushing through you at all, for this is the energetic reality of what is taking place. The degree to which you can sense this energy release will depend upon how sensitized your neurological structure is to higher frequency energy. This sensitivity will increase the more you engage your consciousness in activities such as this exercise. Exercises like this activiate dormant DNA codes, which program the body to build new neuro-passageways and nerve endings. This increases the body's ability to sense subtle energy and expands the perceptual range of consciousness while it is focused in the body.

As you visualize photonic light running through your body, consciously guide that light directly into the DNA, while holding the intention that the body will use this nergy to accelerate the DNA-building process, under the direction of the soul matrix indentity. Visualize minute photonic particles moving into and adhering to your double helix DNA strands, until you perceive all of the light particles that were released, as merging with your DNA.

Complete this exercise by visualizing your consciousness returning into the bright light sun, then move your awareness backward through the dark tunnel until it is focused in your present moment station of consciousness..
